Dedicated to the Memory of Jim ("Jimmy", "Jimbo", "Mitch").
We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Jim, after a short illness, on Tuesday 25th April, 2023.
Jim will be greatly missed by his daughter Tracy, granddaughters Sofie (Mikkel) and Louise (Erlend) and their father Helge (Anne Lise), great grandson Tobias, and his devoted partner of the last ten years Brenda, along with her daughter Julie, as well as his brother Robin (Jane) and many other family members, close friends, and Masonic and sea-faring colleagues.
A service to celebrate and remember Jim's life will be held at St Andrew's Church, Church Road, Gorleston, on Wednesday 17th May at 12:45pm.
A reception will follow from 2pm to 4:30pm at the Masonic Lodge, The Avenue, Lowestoft.
Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, may be given to the Gorleston RNLI, the Lowestoft RNLI and the Sandra Chapman Centre at James Paget University Hospital, Gorleston, either directly to the charities or made on the day of the service.
